Delivery

We offer a simple delivery service items brought in store or online.

Anything purchased in store can be delivery usually within 2 working days for a charge of £1 per minute of estimated travel time one way. This is using our own transport and is a kerbside service. Extra charges may apply for very large items that we are unable to deliver in house and we will also apply extra charges to deliver into some London postcodes to cover time in traffic or congestion charges.

Online purchases are subject to the applied delivery charges at checkout, some items may be delivered by our own transport and some will be despatched via courier

Delivery days

Our drivers deliver several times a week, once we have your order we will contact you to arrange delivery of your goods. 

Delivery details

Our drivers operate a kerbside delivery service. We will ring the doorbell to notify you of the delivery but will not require a signature. If you are not in your delivery will be left in a safe space. Please make us aware if you would rather your order is not left in a safe space by contacting us via email or at the time of purchase. Items delivered by courier are out of our control.

Click and Collect

Order before midday for next day midday collection from our centre.

When you arrive, please go to the till area, and show the cashier your order and they will then give you your collection order*

* You will need to pay online when you place the order for our Click and Collect service.
