Despatch and Delivery

When will my order arrive?

Currently we will deliver to your doorstep within four working days. 

My order has not arrived.

In exceptional circumstances orders may over run although every effort will be made to complete your order on time. Please call us to check where your order is. 

Who will be delivering my order?

All orders are delivered by a member of the Coblands Garden Centre team. 

What time can I expect my delivery?

We will ring you to let you know what time we will deliver to your doorstep.

What happens if I am not in for my delivery?

We will deliver to you door step as arranged. If you have any specific instructions please contact us.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on all orders over £40 and within a 10 mile radius of the centre. 

Can my order be delivered on a specific date?

If you let us know when you place your order, we will try to deliver on the day you request Monday - Friday 

I haven't received all the items in my order

Please let us know what is missing from your order, and we will try to deliver any missing items as soon as possible.

Returns and Refunds

I have ordered the wrong type of plant, how do I return it?

You can return it to us in centre, or we can arrange to collect and do a refund over the telephone. 

How long will my refund take?

Once your items have been returned in a saleable condition we will process your refund within 5 working days.

My plant is not what I was expecting, what do I do?

If you are unsure about your delivery please contact us immediately on the email address below. of the item. Please bear in mind that plants do look different depending on the time of year.


Can I add more items to my recent order?

If you would like to add extra items to your recent order please call us on 01959 561274  as soon as possible. Our team will be able to track the progress of your order and as long as it hasn't left the garden centre,  we will be more than happy to take your additional order over the phone. This may delay your original delivery deadline slightly, but we will ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
