Despatch and Delivery

When will my order arrive?

Currently we will deliver to your doorstep within 48 hours. 

My order has not arrived.

In exceptional circumstances orders may over run although every effort will be made to complete your order on time. Please call us to check where your oder is. 

Who will be delivering my order?

Plant orders are dispatched by our own fleet.

What time can I expect my delivery?

We will ring you to let you know what time we will deliver to your doorstep.

What happens if I am not in for my delivery?

We will deliver to you door step as arranged. If you have any specific instructions please contact us.

How much is delivery?

For full details on our delivery charges please visit the delivery details section of this website. Delivery is free on all orders over £30 and within a 15 mile radius of the centre. 

Can my order be delivered on a specific date?

If you let us know when you place your telephone order, we will try to deliver on the day you request Monday - Friday 

I haven't received all the items in my order

Any unavailable items will follow as a back order as soon as they become available. These items will be dispatched to you at no extra cost. 

Returns and Refunds

I have ordered the wrong type of plant, how do I return it?

Currently as we are only taking delivery orders, ring us and we will try to swap the plant or do a refund over the telephone 

How long will my refund take?

Once your items have been returned in a saleable condition we will process your refund within 5 working days.

My plant is not what I was expecting, what do I do?

If you are unsure about your delivery please contact us immediately.

Ordering

Can I add more items to my recent order?

If you would like to add extra items to your recent order please call us on 01959 561274  as soon as possible. Our team will be able to track the progress of your order and as long as it hasn't left our dispatch department we will be more than happy to take your additional order over the phone. This may delay your original delivery deadline slightly but we will ensure you receive your order as soon as possible
